Common questions
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private and by appointment only. Your counsellor will explain how confidentiality works in your first session, so you know exactly where you stand.
Can I reach out on behalf of a family member?
Yes. Many people first contact us about a partner, parent, child or friend. We can talk through how to support them, and we offer sessions for family members too.
What happens in the first session?
It’s a conversation, not an interrogation. Your counsellor will ask about what’s been happening and what you’d like to change, then suggest possible next steps. There’s no obligation to continue.
Do you offer online or home sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available face to face at Midview City, online by secure video, or at home with selected counsellors.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the practitioner and type of session. Message us and we’ll share current rates before you commit to anything.
Still have questions? Talk to us privately.
